OUR STORY
As a first-generation Vietnamese American, Lien felt a profound responsibility to revolutionize the industry, inspired by the gift of Tippi Hedren. Hedren's philanthropy in training Vietnamese refugees ignited a movement, leading to the expansion of Vietnamese-owned nail salons in California. Lien recognized the weight of this legacy and embarked on a personal crusade to honor it by reshaping perceptions.
Moonshine and Co. is more than a nail salon and bar—it's a visionary concept born from Lien Glankler's desire to reimagine the traditional nail salon experience. With over 22 years in the beauty industry, Lien witnessed the frustrations of her clients: long waits, cleanliness issues, and a lack of genuine care. She envisioned a sanctuary that celebrated beauty, compassion, joy, and wellness—a space that embraces new standards.
